ABOUT
TreeWise Design and Consulting offers a variety of services that cover landscape design and arboricultural consulting. We have 12 years of experience in a variety of roles within the industry. What started as helping friends, family and neighbors with landscape assistance and consulting as an ISA Certified Arborist®, has turned into a full-time business. We are passionate about local ecology and are proud to have our own Gold-FFL Certification and a Certified Wildlife Habitat in our own backyard (not to mention an orchard, garden and Grand live oak tree canopy).
Why the birch tree as our logo you might ask? Our founder grew up with her hands in the soil and a curiosity for the outdoors. She had a paper birch (Betula papyrifera) in her front yard that her childhood swing was hung from. She loved gazing into the wonderous canopy while playing. When she was old enough, she would climb the tree and sit amongst its leaves collecting catkins. She may be far from her Midwest roots, but her love for our urban forest and landscape remains ever present.
